End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

When you purchase System Optimizer Pro, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software during your subscription term.

2. License Term and Devices

• The PRO license is valid for 1 year.
• The PRO license allows activation on up to 5 personal Windows PCs.
• Business, resale, redistribution, or shared public use requires written permission or a separate business license.

3. Activation

The software may require online activation using purchase email, license key, and machine code. Offline activation may be provided by support when needed.

4. Restrictions

• No reverse engineering, decompiling, resale, redistribution, renting, leasing, or sublicensing.
• No sharing license keys publicly or bypassing device limits.
• No unlawful or unauthorized use.

5. Updates and Support

Free software updates and priority email support are available during the active 1-year subscription period.

6. User Responsibility

Review scan results before cleaning, fixing, deleting, or changing system settings. Maintain backups of important data.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The software is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific performance improvements or error-free operation.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
