Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of purchase.

Because this is a digital software license, refunds may be limited after license activation, download or significant use.

If you face activation or installation issues, contact activation@systemoptimizer.store first so we can help resolve the issue.

Email sales@systemoptimizer.store with purchase email, order ID and reason for refund.

If purchase was made through Payhip or another platform, refund timing and processing may depend on that platform.
